Ginger Repairs is Canada’s leading corporate-level same-day smartphone and tablet repair service provider. They were facing critical issues with managing their daily operations. Taking a request to repair a smartphone and tracking its progress from initial request to end solution was a complicated task for Ginger Repairs. Further, managing multiple requests at the same time was even more difficult, which resulted in frequent delays in delivering the job.
We devised our expert consulting and solutioning to modernize Ginger Repairs’ legacy system with the least disruption.
Our team carried out in-depth analysis of their operation funnel and created a series of user stories to eliminate the gaps present at different touchpoints of user journey. We developed an enterprise-level web-portal with various business rules interlinked. We equipped the portal with a set of custom features to solve their unique problem:

Our custom-designed web solution made it quick and effortless for Ginger Repairs to manage 1000 plus repair requests per day amongst their 80 plus repair partners across the country. Streamlined operations provided a major boost to the business. After the platform was launched, they saw a steep rise in the business revenue within a month. Today, the franchise is multifold success, having expanded their portfolio with increased operators and repair partners.
